We met Scott 18 months ago when he did an appraisal of our home. We were not ready to sell yet, but told him once we are we would reach out to him. Indeed, we did reach out to him, and he organised a full appraisal again, suggested the appropriate strategy and marketing. We trusted him, and everything he recommended was spot on. We sold the house at the first viewing, and Scott maximised the sell price which we were very happy with.

I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent than Scott. He went above and beyond for me, especially given the complex and difficult circumstances surrounding my sale. Throughout the entire process, Scott remained professional, honest, and incredibly easygoing, which made a stressful time so much easier to manage. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and had a great understanding of what buyers were looking for, which really showed in the strategy and outcome. He truly stood up for me and earned every cent of his commission. His communication was always clear and straightforward, and nothing was ever a hassle. He responded quickly whenever I had questions and never left me wondering what was going on. Scott was also spot on when it came to setting expectations and predicting the sale price, which gave me a lot of confidence from the start. I cannot speak highly enough of Scott and the DS Real Estate Team. I spent quite a bit of time reaching out to various agents prior to selecting Scott. It also took me about a year to decide whether to sell; however, even throughout that year, Scott would reach out periodically to check in. Ultimately, it was his attention to detail and willingness to communicate that made me feel comfortable selecting him. He suggested using a timed sale approach, which worked very well. I live outside Australia, but I never felt like Scott was inaccessible throughout the process. He was always available to speak or answer questions via text. The icing on the cake was when we were about to go to sale and the grass needed to be mowed. Scott went ahead and did it himself! He truly acted as an agent, owned the process, and nothing was too much of a bother. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to walk us through this process. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott was professional and understanding of our needs as we traveled down a sometimes less traveled road. From the get-go he was always punctual listened to any concerns we may have had and had answers for our questions. If he was unsure, he went above & beyond to get the answers for us. As soon as we signed Scott & DS Realty it was a smooth process selling the property at the first open house. Scott did not promise us the world as his advice was spot on still coming in more than the property was originally listed for and keeping up the momentum of the selling process. There we other offers on the table but some were just low ballers & others did not have the funds. Scott filtered through these to get us a result we were happy with.
