We purchased a block of land through Scott and his service was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Only that we had our hearts set on this block we had no choice but to purchase through him - he was abusive and used terrible language in a very explosive telephone conversation that was unjustified. He did not deserve the sale & I am surprised that he is still in business the way he treated us. He did not acknowledge receiving our deposit and we have not had any further communications from him in the sale & settlement process. The vendor would be horrified if she was aware how he treated us - he certainly didn't deserve the commission on this sale.
