Always honest, helpful and knowledgeable.

It was lovely working with Scott. He was honest with opinions and equally enthusiastic with ours even if they were less than realistic. Scott kept us focused on the things that buyers wanted or looked for when purchasing rather than the things we had planned to do should we have kept the property and which may well have been unnecessary expenditure. He worked hard to procure interested parties after the first buyer rescinded their offer. We were very happy with the second buyers and wish them well. We are pleased to highly recommend Scott for local real estate sales and purchases. He was professional at all times and made himself readily available to discuss any issues or questions we had. He kept us up to date with progress and changes as they occurred. There wasn't anything that we found wanting.
