Scott brings extensive knowledge and experience to his office, having served in the real estate industry since 1978.
With over 30 years real estate experience Scott has worked for some notable real estate companies in the industry, from; commercial real estate agency Jones Lang LaSalle, to being a director of Sheads when they were First National and co-owner of Raine & Horne Chatswood (1992-1998). In 1998 Scott sold his share in R & H Chatswood and decided to become the sole and proud owner of LJ Hooker Chatswood, buying the franchise and turning it into an award winning real estate agency. In late 2015 life partner Roslyn Adams joined the business and between the two of them changed the branding to the highly respectable Belle Property Chatswood
Over the years Scott has seen the rise and fall and in some cases the demise of a few real estate offices, and is proud of his high achieving staff and their achievements over the years. Bringing home awards for; the Best Property Management office - from the Sydney Harbour Bridge to the Queensland border, Top Property Investment Manager out of near 700 national offices, Best Auction Marketing office, most improved office and achieving many record sale prices in Chatswood, and surrounding suburbs like Artarmon, Mosman and Middle Cove. Scott’s belief which is followed by his team is not to accept all opportunities, but to only accept those opportunities that can be handled without compromise to maintain the high standards and quality his office is known to supply. “Our aim is not to list every property, but to sell / lease / or manage all those properties that our clients entrust us to look after”.
