Advising me of what pre purchase inspections are normal or advised and local recommendations of services i required. Also he was the only agent that met me at a property prepared with any brochures and paperwork to take away. (Very important paperwork section 32 included) As i had this paperwork and not any from anyone else, i bought his property as i had time to look through it once i was back home. Scott is a lovely competent agent and i throughly recommend him for all your real estate needs.
