Highly impressive professional. Punctual, courteous and good sense of humour. Scott kept us informed at every stage of the purchase. He was very supportive in each request I made for an extension on settlement due to finalising the bank finance which was tedious and excessive in terms of bank processes these days. Scott was very helpful when we first approached him to appraise my elderly father's property. Understandably Dad was a little undecided and nervous about taking this major step and Scott was very upfront, friendly, helpful and completely honest in our discussion with him. After the initial appraisal it took my Dad a few weeks to decide to take the next step and list the property and Scott didn't hassle us at all.
