You don't have a choice in dealing with an agent when you buy a property and sometimes you even have to do the chasing to get any information. However, when I purchased my new home through Scott I was impressed at the open house. He was easy to communicate with, interested and a great listener. We have recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new family home through LJ Hooker's Scott Hunter. I had never met Scott before my sons told me about him. A couple of agents had approached me in the past about selling, so I was curious to see how much my property was worth, about two years ago I had an appraisal done and was a bit disappointed with the valuation, even though I had no intention of selling.
