We couldn't be happier with the overall service, price and help we received from Scott. Communication was spot on from the beginning, we were always informed of exactly what was happening and he kept us in the loop throughout the whole negotiating process. We were thrilled with the final price we got for our home which was way over and above what we expected. I had seen a number of agents prior to listing our home for sale and all were vying for our business. Scott's commissions weren't the lowest and predicted price wasn't the highest however we didn't hesitate for a second going with him as his overall service was way over and above our expectations. He even assisted us on a Sunday on his day off in helping us make an offer on another house listed with a different agent before we'd even signed with him.... sensational service and highly recommended!!!
