I was pleased with the service and rapport I had with Scott right from the first meeting. My sale was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster as I had been involved with the home for more than 50 years. Scott made sure we were aware of all market activity and held open houses each week. He then provided a report to me following each open house and gave me guidance on where we were in the marketplace. While I made the final decisions on price points, Scott gave me sound advice on what the clients wanted and where those price points might be. As I live interstate, Scott ensured the home was kept neat and tidy by the maintenance man, and made sure the clients were also kept up to date.
