Honest Rural Agent. Easy negotiation and quick communication

We first met Scott during an open home and he was open and welcoming. We expressed to him how much we liked the home and after a good chat about the home, suburb and what our plans were as a young family. We could tell that Scott genuinely wanted to help us out and get us into this home. Scott was able to answer all our questions about the property and sale process quick and concisely. At no point was Scott trying to push us to make us make any decisions in a rush. The negotiation was extremely easy and over a few short emails we were able to agree on a price we were very happy with.
