We had been searching for a home for many years and have met nearly all agents in the area as we came close to buying a few times but missed out (fortunately!). When we met Scott we found him to be extremely helpful and enthusiastic about the home he was representing. He knew all of the details, how things worked, what materials/products were used for the building & renovation, surrounding features of the suburb, which I thought was a sign of real enthusiasm for the home he was representing. A quality that was helpful as a buyer but one that you would search for in an agent if you are looking to sell your home. Throughout the process we got to know Scott better and the best character description we can give is that he is a professional and a really genuine person. Even at the sticky end of the negotiation he clearly defined the boundaries on behalf of the vendor but helped guide us as first time buyers. Scott was available right up to the point of settlement and has been so since. Settlement was at risk according to our solicitor but a call to Scott got things moving. Again, his experience came to hand and with his help we settled at 4.55pm on a friday afternoon before Christmas ! Since settlement he has called and dropped around to make sure everything is ok and helped with some instructions. I know I could call him in a few months and he would be happy to help.
