I recently purchased a unit, of which Scott was the real estate agent selling. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had about the property, and he was very understanding that as a first home owner I was nervous and perhaps overly cautious about 'what happens' when purchasing a house. He was clear and communicative; responding in an adequate time-frame to emails and phone calls. He ensured that the purchasing process ran smoothly, but was never pushy. The attitude and the experience of the selling estate agent can definitely contribute to the overall feeling, experience and vibe when visiting a property to purchase. Scott definitely provided a positive experience, was upfront, honest, and didn't 'spin anything'. Given my recent experience of searching for houses and meeting/liaising with various real estate agents, I can now understand the importance of the person selected as a selling real estate agent.
