Scott and his team provided, professional and very efficient service, with constant updates on the progress of my sale. They always returned my calls. They procured a sale in a short period of time, and the sale price was within my expectations. I would definitely recommend Scott and his whole team, to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

The team at Lister kept us informed during the whole sale process. They took the time to go through the sale contract in detail, asked for approval of the sales material and contacted us regularly on the results of open house inspections and other buyer interest. Our questions and suggestions were always met with a considered and informed response. and we never felt pressured into making a decision. Their local market knowledge was always up to date and useful. We would recommend Scott Lister and the team to anyone who is thinking of selling a property.

Many thanks to Scott and his teams. Would recommend highly

I have dealt with Lister a few times over the years and i have always had excellent service from their whole team. They are wonderful and always treat us like family. I would highly recommend Lister to anyone who needs a real estate you will be truly happy with them.

We have known Scott for many years. Scott sold our first rental property and because of his expertise, professionalism and get up and go attitude we decided to go with him again and we were not disappointed. We would like to thank Scott and his team (Josh, Nathan, China & Carmen) as they were always enthusiastic and kept working hard to push for potential buyers. Communication was amazing and was on a continuous weekly, sometimes daily basis from Scott & Josh, which could not be faulted. A special thank you to Josh who turned up every week with a welcoming smile, confidence and enthusiasm that was gratefully acknowledged and appreciated. Overall we cannot speak highly enough about Scott and his team who delivered the best outcome we could have hoped for and whenever we sell again we know who to call! We highly recommend Lister Estate Agents to any prospective Clients. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Scott and the team have delivered outstanding service once again when selling a second property for us this year. He was able to arrange repairs, painting and kept our investment property maintained whilst awaiting for the sale and subsequent settlement. Our property was sold very rapidly for a great price due to their extensive data base of perspective purchasers. There was no drop in service level provided by the Lister team despite this second property being sold at a far different price point to the first property. I would like to mention a special call out to China, who always provides outstanding service with a welcoming smile. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Scott Lister to anyone looking to either buy or sell a property in the Springwood area.

Scott and his team were at all times enthusiastic and helpful in the process of selling my house. Communication at every step of the way could not be faulted, both verbally and in writing, and the steps they were taking and would take were always clearly explained. They were quick to offer solutions when small issues arose and I always felt like they were genuinely keen to help and as invested as I was in showing the house at its best. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any vendor.

From meeting Scott for the first time, we could tell Scott has a passion for delivering great service to sellers and buyers alike. He has assembled a strong dedicated team, who strive to do the best job they can no matter what price bracket the property sits in. We were out the country when our property went on the market, and we definitely felt like we left it in capable hands, with Scott, Josh and Nathan all getting involved. The choice of media they used was second to none, with vision, compassion and expertise, they showed our property in all its stunning beauty. What could have been a stressful process, was pretty much painless. Thanks Scott and team. 🏆

Deciding to sell my home with Lister was an excellent decision. From our first meeting to our last, everything went smoothly. Their Knowledge of the market and peoples buying process was explained. Photos and Marketing were organised quickly, they kept me informed through out the inter process. The house sold very quickly, mainly due to their professionalism. I would not hesitate in recommending Lister .

Scott and the team kept us well informed each step of the way during the sale of our house. Everything happened so quickly with the sale being under offer in less than 48 hours. Not living in the state anymore Scott and the team were able to get everything sorted with minimal fuss. Nothing was a problem! Would highly recommend Scott and the team to anyone looking to sell their home.
