We sold and purchased through Scott Lister from Lister & Cole. Scott went above and beyond what was expected of him, especially when it came to purchasing our family home. He made things happen that did not seem possible and made sure both parties received a great outcome. We highly recommend Scott when you decide to sell or purchase your next property.
Scott was fantastic throughout the sale kept us up to date and gave us the best advice Thanks Scott
Scott was very polite, and knowledgeable about market pricing and the essential tasks in preparation for a quick sale.
Scott and his sales team did a great job selling my family home in Winmalee They were very professional and provided regular feedback . I would highly recommend Lister & Cole to sell your home as well.
Our selling process was seamless and professionally managed by Scott and the Lister and Cole team.
At every turn, Scott and his team have been willing to help us with all enquiries. They are the quiet achievers - personable, efficient and well coordinated.
Scott and the entire Lister & Cole team are consummate professionals; they are highly responsive and committed to achieving results. Despite it being a challenging time for property sales in the area, our home sold within a week of being listed. We received an offer following the first scheduled open house, which we were delighted to accept. The swiftness of this sale, and the sales price achieved were in no small part due to Scott's diligence and his meticulous approach to marketing the property for best effect. We could not recommend Scott, or indeed the entire Lister& Cole Team more highly.
I considered 3 agents in Springwood. Scott seemed to stand out with his knowledge and proposed commitment to the sale. He was persistent and professional at every stage. The property was offered for sale with a price range being 40k from high to low. It finally sold for approximately 7% below the bottom figure. I still would use Scott again
We were extremely lucky to have Scott Lister as our agent. He was very professional and worked hard to sell our house in a challenging market. Scott kept us informed every step of the way and always responded promptly. We would highly recommend Scott to anyone buying or selling their home because of his excellent service and commitment.
From my first meeting with Scott, I found him to be friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Scott was able to be contacted, either by phone, or in person at all times, even when he was not at work. He was very helpful in organising a stylist for our empty property, provided answers to any questions we had, and constantly provided feedback throughout the duration of the market time. Despite the slowing of the market in our area, Scott was able to keep us motivated and on track to complete a sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Lower Blue Mountains. Regards Jenny George
A very difficult sale process in a trying market but Scott and his team held it all together and produced a great result. Feedback was good.
