Scott and his team were very cognitive of my situation and walked a fine line with myself and my daughter. My age and physical limitations were a real factor in working with an agent who understood the varied issues and we found this with Scott and his team. The communication required to satisfy us in 2 different countries was excellent. My daughter as my representative was the a big part of this process and the communication with her was excellent. The team and in particular Scott kept us informed at all times of the progress of the sale. Scott was always available to talk and give support as to the whatever I needed and always did so cheerfully and with his full attention. He went above and beyond what was expected as my agent. On a personal level, he was caring and always made sure I was comfortable with the decisions being made. Scott’s knowledge of the market and the varied participants made for an untroubled and swift sale process. The access and knowledge displayed by Scott and his team was honest, refreshing and more importantly respectful. The streamlining of paperwork made things flow smoothly and helped me in navigating the process. The integrity shown by Scott ( in particular) and his team members who I had the pleasure to meet was outstanding I have no problem recommending them to others.
