Very smooth transaction

We were very impressed with Scott and his team during our purchase in Coral Cove. Scott very patiently listened to our criteria for a property. We are making a "seachange" to the area, and had no idea which area was best for us. Scott demonstrated his local knowledge and showed us the perfect property for our needs and wants. As we weren't yet moving into the area, Scott's rental team helped with tenanting the property until we are ready to move into the area.
