I am from Sydney and stumbled upon an investment property in the Gold Coast whilst on holiday. Scott was very helpful, very patient and guided us throughout the whole process right until settlement. The house was a bit hectic to buy, especially under a self managed super fund but Scott was there every step of the way, from finding me a solicitor, to managing the paperwork right to the settlement. He is continuing to do an excellent job managing the property to this day.
