Friendly attitude and persistent on negotiating

Scott and Gill both has a friendly manner. It was actually because of Gill's persistent on asking us to take a look at this house and suggested us to make an offer before everyone else does that we managed to acquire a house that matches our desires. Scott is very helpful on maintenance and questions on the house and actually delivered as promised. We would definitely be recommending them to our friends and families.
