Scott was a fantastic sales person, very polite and would go out of his way to meet us, although house was quite cheap it also had a lot of problem once we were able to observe after purchase because of renters. Price should have been cheaper and the lady that was to view the house was not in the process of affording it so we were rushed to purchase it.
