Scott helped the reviewer sell this property

Supportive, knowledgable and professional

Scott's knowledge of the market was obvious from the very first meeting with him. We had a home (our elderly mothers) that had been a bit neglected, Scott assured us that it was a saleable house and that he would work hard to ensure a sale. Scott facilitated cleaning, gardening and styling and the house ended up looking like a show home, and in fact had a huge number of people at the first (and only) open inspection. Definite interest resulted in an offer, and Scott's negotiating skills saw that offer increased to one we couldn't refuse. Scott's professionalism and knowledge made what could have been a very stressful experience in to a seamless one. My family can't thank Scott enough and have absolutely no qualms in recommending him, you definitely won't be disappointed
