There are real estate agents, and then there is Scott!

When we decided to sell our house we had lined up 3 real estate agents. Scott was the first to come and appraise our house. We were so impressed with his detailed knowledge of our suburb, and other properties on the market nearby. He has an easygoing personality which for us, was refreshing, as we have had 'difficult' experiences before. He was able to put us at ease, and we actually cancelled the other appointments with agents. Scott is a well organised person with an equally great support team behind him, and the marketing, photography and sale of our house happened smoothly and quickly. What was a bonus for us was that he was able to negotiate a sale price beyond our expectations. He is a true professional who goes about his work quietly and calmly, and makes the whole process smooth.
