We found Mitchell's real estate agent to be very punctual,very friendly obliging and professional in all aspects.they provided unbiased opinions on the number of properties that we inspected the and were very honest with the advantages of each one and also the disadvantages as well which in the end turned out to be a deciding factor.The agent kept us posted via mobile phone as we were a distance from Harvey bay after we had done an inspection.Our agent kept us informed of the feedback from the vendor regarding our offers and was an excellent negotiator.Once an agreement on the house price was finalised the contract was presented without delay and communications between both parties was very helpful.Even up to the settlement the agent kept us informed of things and helped with the building and pest inspection,which was very helpful as we didn't know of anyone.After the sale and the settlement the agent congratulated us on our purchase and welcomed us to the area,which l thought was very nice and also invited us out to a resteraunt for dinner when we have settled in.Over all we could not have been happier with the agent.

From our first inspection to making an offer, it took only 36 hours for contracts to be signed. Scott was very efficient in communicating with us and the vendors in securing the sale of the property to the satisfaction of all concerned.

As we were first home buyers we had a lot of questions, we were never made to feel silly, they were always happy to spend the time to explain everything to us.
