Acting on behalf of my disabled cousin I was fortunate enough to discover a house listed with Mitchells Realty in Hervey Bay. The service from every member of the team went far beyond normal expectations in providing assistance to myself and my cousin resulting in a smooth change of ownership and a very happy new householder. I heartily recommend Mitchells for your real estate dealings.
Very happy with Scott and his team with the purchase of our new house
What can I say....Scott walked the walk and talked the talk. After having my blocks on the market for 18 months, I approached Scott Mitchell to sell my blocks. Scott was able to sell them in 2 weeks for a premium price and I can’t be more thankful to him. If you’re looking for an experienced team that gets the job done, then Mitchell realestate is the team for you
Melinda and the team at Mitchell’s Real Estate Agency were extremely helpful and prompt with any of our requests , highly recommend them
Very pleased with the service, professionalism and support provided by Scott and his team.
We where impressed with the prompt service and professionalism with Mitchell Reality . It was a pleasure to do business with these guys, highly recommended.
Scott and his team from Mitchell’s Realty made the buying process quick, easy and enjoyable! They knew all about the area and the property itself and we really enjoyed the viewing process and communication flowed. Very approachable and friendly team. We chose to sell with Mitchell’s Realty too. Highly recommend.
We have been trying to sell our rental property for several years and had been disappointed by the lack of communication of other agents. Scott found a buyer (at the asking price) for our property within 2 weeks of us signing with him. The whole process was very smooth and the communication from Scott's team kept us informed and in the loop. Thank you
From first viewing to contract to settlement we found the whole experience so easy. Scott & staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient & so willing to assist. We thought this was just incredible service especially during these current difficult times due to Covid & with the real estate market possibly at its busiest. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending or using Mitchell’s Realty again should the need arise. What a welcome to Hervey Bay.
Thanks Scott and team for excellent service. Very professional, responsive and proactive.
Thank you to Scott and the team at Mitchells Real Estate for selling our home at Dundowran Beach. We appreciated your professional approach and keen attention to details. We highly recommend your services in Hervey Bay.
