This was our first dealing with Scott Mitchell and Twomey Schriber Property Group for the purchase of real estate. We can gladly say that it was the smoothest most enjoyable transaction we have had to Date. Scott was more than obliging when we contacted him less than 24 hours after the property hit the market. We were unable to make the first scheduled open home for the coming Saturday due to other commitments so Scott asked whether we would like to see it earlier and when we would be able. Within two hours of the Phone call we were walking through the door at the property, Needless to say it was a very well presented home and well suited to our lifestyle and needs. We filled out a contract at the Dining table half an hour after walking through the front door and walked away feeling very comfortable with the dealing. Later that evening the Contract was countersigned and Scott returned to finalize the deal. A very smooth and stress free process. The day of settlement to be gifted the keys in a Red Box with ribbon tied like a present and to arrive at the property to a sash around the front door was a treat in itself.
