The selling of our previous house was not good. Mitchell's made buying in Hervey Bay so much easier.

As we were not from Hervey Bay, we had visited here looking at the Lifestyle several times in the previous year and although we had not inspected any houses we spoke to allot of real estate agents and looked at at least forty homes from the outside to give us a good idea of what is available and the market pricing. When our last house was sold we came to Hervey Bay for a week as we were ready to buy. We spoke to several real estate agents and inspected about ten homes with two that met out requirements reasonably but not totally . It was then that we visited Mitchell's Reality, spoke to Belinder and found the house we purchased in Kawungan. This house ticked all our boxes although we will be spending money on renovations. This was okay as the price was lower than the other two houses allowing us to stay within our budget. Thank you Mitchell's Reality for being down to earth and professional. Sue & Jay
