I purchased my first investment property through Scott and I wouldn’t change it. I was nervous about the purchase because it was my first property but Scott made the process easy with his relaxing style and calming attitude. He did make me pay slightly more than I wanted to but I would definitely purchase through him again and if I were to ever sell the property I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Due to the fact i had never sold a property before and the sale wasent as smooth sailing as i hoped, Scotts professional attitude and reassurance that everything would go ok helped me get through a potentially stressful time. And as well that i lived away from Brisbane and had quite difficult tenants living in the house, my communication was only ever over the phone, Scotts calming influence was a massive positive for me when you have someone in control of the situation you can trust. I would definitely sell any future properties through Scott Moore.
