After purchasing a property from Scott’s portfolio, and being impressed with the level of professionalism he displayed we engaged Scott to arrange the sale of our own home. As part of Scotts service, he arranged to have high quality professional photos (including aerial shots) taken, a YouTube video as well as arranging all the building and pest inspections. As a result, Scott called us the day after our first open house with an offer over the asking price (which was $25,000 more than Go Gecko valued our property at). Scott was on hand with quick replies to any questions or concerns we had and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Would highly recommend Scott to anyone selling.
