I Highly recommend Scott and Barlows to anyone thinking of selling or buying. Scott’s dedicated personal approach, ability to deliver for both vendor and purchaser, patience and professionalism are all outstanding. This is my second successful property sale with Barlows this year. Thanks Scott.

Scott has been a pleasure to work with in selling our property. He has been very supportive in our needs and meeting the demands of our expectations. Scott is very knowledgeable in the local property market and always kept us informed of any developments regarding the sale. I would highly recommend Scott for any future real estate needs.

Honest and trustworthy service. Great local agents. Thanks for all your help selling our property during a difficult market.

I have been a client of Barlow McEwan Tribe for many years due to the terrific service and knowledge of the helpful staff. Scott was very helpful and professional as my agent when I was selling my property. He kept me informed how the process was going on a regular basis. Scott ensured I got maximum value for my property when selling at a difficult time. Thanks Scott!

I have only needed to work with Scott (recommended by a friend) for the last few months to sell a property in Altona He and his team including Olivia have been brilliant in professionalism, skill, knowledge, experience, communication and ethos. It has been a pleasure to drill down his local knowledge and awareness. I would without reservation recommend him and his team to sell, auction, value or buy a residential property in Melbourne especially Altona and Williamstown.

I have known Scott for many years and have always relied on his professionalism , realism and ability to get the job done. My most recent experience with Scott was first class , with good communication, straight up evaluations , calm and logical assessments that lead to both happy vendor and purchaser. I’m pleased to recommend Scott Murdoch who I would testify to being a reliable local.

Professionalism and honesty are perhaps the 2 most important ingredients in real estate - Scott (and his team) has delivered on both of these and his commitment. We have purchased, sold and rented investment property through Scott and re very satisfied with high level of service provided.

Scott was very knowledgeable, understood the market we in today, kept us up to date on all that was happening.

Scott has helped me with selling several houses in the Altona area and I would recommend him to anyone who would like the services of a genuine, honest, easy to deal with Real Estate Agent. He has always made the whole process a breeze.

We have bought 2 properties and sold 2 others through Scott since 2005. He has always been knowledgeable and professional, while also being down to earth and friendly. We would recommend Scott and Barlows for sales and property management to any future clients. Carmen and Cliff

LISTED THE ABOVE PROPERTY FOR SALE WITH SCOTT AFTER CONSULTATION RELETTING OR SELLING.INFLUENCING FACTORS WERE THE CURRENT MARKET,CURRENT PRESENTATION OF PROPERTY AND AVAILABILITY OF TRADIES FOR WORK REQUIRED. THE PROPERTY HAD BEEN A RENTAL SINCE 2000. MORE THAN "FAIR WEAR AND TEAR" WORK WAS REQUIRED .LAST TENNENTS HAD BEEN THERE 12 YEARS. AS WE HAVE LIVED IN FAR NORTH QUEENSLAND FOR A CONSIDERABLE TIME WE LISTENED TO SCOTT AS WELL AS SEVERAL OTHER PROPERTY PLAYERS IN THE AREA. WE FOUND HIS PROFESSIONAL OPINION AND ADVICE RE EXTENT WORK TO HAVE UNDERTAKEN TO PRESENT PROPERTY FOR SALE MARKET INVALUABLE. AS WE HAD PREVIOUSLY SOLD THREE PROPERTIES IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA OVER A PERIOD OF TWELVE YEARS WITH SCOTT WE EXCLUSIVELY LISTED THE ABOVE PROPERTY WITH HIM. IN A SOFT MARKET {INTEREST RATE RISES GLOBAL ECONOMY} WE STILL HAD GOOD INTEREST WITH ATTENDANCES OPEN FOR DISPLAY TIMES. AFTER A FEW WEEKS WITH NO FIRM OFFERS I WAS WONDERING IF WE WERE PERHAPS ASKING MORE THAN MARKET VALUE IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES. SCOTT THE 'COMMUNICATOR" WAS ADAMANT THAT THE FIRST FIRM OFFER WOULD BRING IN THE GENUINE INTERESTED BUYERS. SUBSEQENTLY WITHIN THREE WEEKS WE HAD GONE FROM BOTTOM END OFFER TO SOLD IN OUR MARKET RANGE.HAPPY VENDORS

Scott was fantastic in selling our property. We achieved the result we were after even though the market had slowed. The whole process was efficient and enabled us to move on to the next chapter. Thank you Scott.
