The professional advice and courtesy shown to myself and family upon purchasing this home was so respectful. After looking at well over 100 properties during my search for my first home, I came across Scott in early November. Even though I only spoke to him for no more than 3 minutes at the viewing, he took my details, and made a point of noting what I was looking for in a property. After meeting close to 100 different real estate agents by this stage, with 99% of all the other agents not showing the slightest bit of interest in helping me, I was very dubious that I'd hear from him again. Within a matter of days he had contacted me, and even though at that time he had nothing that suited my needs, he had taken the time to look at what other real estate companies had that I might be interested in. During the next few weeks Scott would send me a text just to keep in touch and to see how my search was going. As soon as he was back from his Xmas leave, he gave me a call and told me about a property that he'd listed that week that I might be interested in. I went to the open home, but, being the fuss pot that I am, it didn't quite fit the bill. He then went on to tell me about another property that was in the process of being built. An already long story short, I fell in the love with the property, and signed the contract about a month ago. Scott has been calling and texting me photos with progress updates ever since. He even took care of the bank's valuer for me, and kept me in the loop during the valuer's visit, and called me with an update after the valuer had left the property. Of all the agents that I have dealt with in my almost year long search for a property, Scott is hands down the most sincere and easiest agent to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to buy a property.

From day one Scott has been easy to talk to and very transparent and helpful. We spoke with a couple of agents and it was an easy choice to go with Scott. During our campaign, Scott always made himself available and took time to explain the process and give us honest feedback on how things were going and in the end leading us to a great result. The Barry Plant setup is also a very good team setup - lots of people helping each other to sell your house.
