Prior to commencing in real estate, Scott’s career was spent in executive leadership roles within the banking and finance industry, including 5 years spearheading Westpac’s Business Banking division in Queensland. In leading a team of over 100 bankers and leaders and embracing the opportunity to support Queensland’s important micro, small & medium business sector including those across regional and rural communities, Scott established an enviable skill set that would enable a seamless transfer to the real estate industry.
Over his thirty year career he developed an innate ability to balance the commercial aspects of a clients business while demonstrating compassion for their journey.
At his core, Scott is a community-minded person with strong commercial nous, who fundamentally thrives on achieving results that help people and businesses prosper and grow. In a challenging and evolving market, his ability to build strong relationships, communicate and negotiate are valued skills.

In his spare time, Scott works with several not-for-profit organisations, continues to play rugby whilst waiting for his Wallaby opportunity, and is a proud father of two adult children.
