I found it difficult to rate Scott as it was his father John, who I dealt with for 90% of the time! If Scott is like his father, I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I had had contact with John over a few years talking about the possible sale of my house. When I eventually decided to sell, I contacted John and invited Partridge Real Estate to handle the sale. One of the deciding factors was the fees that I was going to be charged for handling the sale. The rate they were going to charge, plus the things they were willing to do at no extra cost made it easy to consider Partridge Real Estate. Most other Agents quoted the % rate (which was usually higher) plus GST. Where Partridge's quoted the rate which included GST.
I was nervous at having to go through this process, but the professionalism at negotiating and communicating between myself and the seller, and with other parties when required, made this process much smoother. I think the team at Partridge Realty handled my purchase very well.

I chose Partridge Real Estate because they were local to our area & John & Scott knew the local market. We were listed just before Christmas, a traditional low time for Real Estate but John & Scott assured us the place would sell. The first planned open home attracted a good crowd and also attracted a purchaser. We had contracts exchanged in less than a week. We were kept informed of how the sale was progressing, all our costs were included in the commission agreement and there was no added stress form Partridge Realty who handled the whole process beautifully.
