Scott you stepped up with good advice and at my request took control of the process. It is difficult to sell a property from a great distance away, especially during Covid 19 and while having my own medical issues with brain cancer. It was a great relief to have a local professional on hand to manage the process. While I did not follow all of your advise you made it work to sell quickly to the tenant, my priority was a quick sale due in part to my health issues and you achieved that; an auction as you suggested would have required additional site works etc probably for a better return but some stress on my side.
