Several years ago Scott Perry from Sterling Realty reached out to me offering an appraisal. I agreed and filed it. Scott continued to reach out and offer appraisals which I also filed. When it came time for us to put our house on the market I reached out to Scott. From that moment my wife and I realised we had selected the right agent to represent us for the sale of our home. At the time of our campaign apparently clearance rates were at their lowest since 2020 during covid which was quite concerning as a seller, but I think they forgot to tell Scott. Within less than 2 weeks our home was sold. From our initial meeting Scott was informative, positive and professional in every manner, offering advise, recommendations and providing updates every step of the process. One comment that made a lasting impression from our initial meeting is when Scott informed my wife and I that he was introducing something different to real estate, ‘Honesty’. I found that amusing at the time but quickly realised that Scott not only ‘talks the talk’ but ‘walks the walk’.
