Not easiest of situations when Scott became our agent. But he handled everything as if we had him as our agent from the beginning. Nothing was too difficult; he was ALWAYS accessible and approachable. Calmness was his approach to every situation that appeared in this sale. If I was buying or selling again, I would be seeking out Scott to manage the process.....he was that good!
