We didn't have a great experience, left feeling like communication was poor and received bad advice, which at times if we had taken it would have cost us money. We should have shopped around more before choosing an agent.
Scott was always very accommodating whether it was to view the property privately, through to assisting us prior to moving into our new family home. Scott kept us well informed with updates post our initial viewing, and his calm, friendly and measured demeanor was a welcome relief at the auction. He was sympathetic to the competitive landscape and provided great insight on the area and family oriented community where we purchased.
