Scott proved to be an excellant resourse in selling a property in a market i had little knowledge. Scott provided a realistic appraisal of the property and provided a listing price that would allow the property sell at my for an amount that was my desired outcome. After 2 showings and a short negotiation the property sold for amount slightly higher than i expected. Scott has a very strong understanding and knowledge of the property market in Orange.
Scott went the extra mile to explain the process of selling my house. He kept me up to date with the progress of inspections and open homes in a timely manner. All costs were given in detail from the start so there were no surprises down the track. Scott coordinated the open homes and inspections with my tenant to minimise disruption to their life. Scott was also available to answer any questions in or out of hours by myself or prospective buyers. On the internet he introduced a 3D walk through of the house complemented by 30 photos.
