What I liked most about dealing with Scott was that he really understood the area he sells in and what it has to offer for people that are looking to move there. Scott's a local to the area, so he gets it and could really articulate things for us to consider that we had not considered before. I must admit, we had several different ideas, when we decided to move and Scott remained patient with us and showed us lots of different options. In the end, I think he nailed it and we ended up with more than what we were hoping for. I can't thank Scott enough for helping us to find our own little piece of paradise, which we affectionately call 'The Pitts'.

Scott Rance is the best local agent, Period. I say this after listing the property with another local agent for 8 weeks, resulting in 8 viewings and eventually resulting in a below expectations sale falling through for no good reason. We listed the property with Rance on a wednesday. On the open house that saturday, Scott amazingly pulled 44 groups through the door, 12 repeat viewings on the same saturday, resilting in 3 offers. By Monday Scott had startrd a silent auction with no cooling off period and by Tuesday( in less than a week) sild our house for a much better than expected price with no cooling off period. During this time, Scott kept us posted on all developments. At no time did he put pressure on us to make any decisions and always allowed us to take our time. Infact, he encouraged us to be patient which resulted in us getting an even better price for our house. I recommend Scott to anyone without hesitation and would only list with Scott Rance if i had more properties to sell. All the best Scott!!
