I couldn’t recommend Scott highly enough, selling our house with him has been a great experience. He gives you honest, valuable guidance without ever putting any pressure on you. He is focussed on getting you a great outcome and is a pleasure to deal with. He also has great market knowledge of the Hills district.

Scott was very informative about this property. He was patient and helpful with every question and concern. He went above and beyond.

From our first contact with Scott, we were impressed with his genuine and straightforward manner. We valued his clear and honest communication. While he was always looking for a successful outcome for his client, we felt that he was sincerely concerned with our interests as well. Scott was always happy to answer any questions, and assist us in resolving any issues. Scott has great local knowledge, and as such we definitely look forward to working with him again in the future. We have no hesitation recommending him to any prospective sellers, and if you are a buyer, we are confident that you will have a good experience working with Scott. Thanks so much Scott for your help in getting us into our beautiful property.

Scott, Karen and all the team at Rance Property were very good with a quick sale on our home. They were knowledgeable of the local market and exceeded our expectations with our sale price. Scott is always straight forward and gets the job done, with a no fuss attitude. He always keeps you up to date with what was happening throughout the sale process. Highly recommend Scott and Karen.

Scott was very helpful, honest and straight forward... He helped us through the whole purchase process... Highly recommended 👍

Professional, knows the market, always on time and provides greaat feedback and information from buyers regularly. Has great humour and a great team. Highly recommend Scott and Karen!!!

What I liked most about dealing with Scott was that he really understood the area he sells in and what it has to offer for people that are looking to move there. Scott's a local to the area, so he gets it and could really articulate things for us to consider that we had not considered before. I must admit, we had several different ideas, when we decided to move and Scott remained patient with us and showed us lots of different options. In the end, I think he nailed it and we ended up with more than what we were hoping for. I can't thank Scott enough for helping us to find our own little piece of paradise, which we affectionately call 'The Pitts'.

Scott is very knowledgeable and experienced in property marketing. He is sincere in his advice to both vendors and purchasers about the advertised properties on the market. Finally, Scott is a very approachable, has a friendly personality, committed, and has great professional and communication skills.

Our home was on the market for 2 years with a different real estate agency with no success. After signing up with Scott our house was sold within a couple of months. He is very professional & without a doubt the go to guy within the Hills Area.

We chose Scott Rance to sell our property at Maraylya because of his experience, expertise and knowledge of the area . We found Scott to be a lovely person to deal with . Nothing was a problem for him or his fabulous staff , they were always there to talk us through any concerns or queries we might’ve had . We are very happy with the final results. Would definitely deal with them again .

In my experience dealing with Scott Rance, it was the most professional and simplest throughout the process. Everything was hassle free, communication was prompt and all in a friendly manner. Highly Recommended!!

Scott and the team were fantastic to deal with when buying and selling our properties. The team ran one of the best auctions I have been to on our new block and his determination has brought about a great price on our old block. Would recommend the team at Rance Property to anyone.
