Scott Rance did an excellent job selling my house in Kenthurst. He is professional, honest, and he kept me well informed throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and I felt confident I was in good hands. I would happily recommend Scott to anyone selling their home.

We purchased 425 Boundary Road Maraylya through Scott Rance and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Scott has strong local market knowledge and understood the unique nature of the property and the planning and zoning considerations. He was upfront and transparent throughout the process and communicated clearly at every stage. What stood out most was his professionalism and calm approach. He handled negotiations fairly, kept things moving and worked well with all parties including solicitors which made what could have been a complex transaction feel smooth and well managed. We always felt informed and never pressured. The final purchase price was in line with our expectations and the overall process was handled with integrity. We would happily recommend Scott to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Scott is a man that always has the drive to help people buying. Property is very fair man and works and even after hours the guy gets on top of things I do recommend Scott to anyone that is looking for property mainly in the kenhurst area as is known to many people in love by many people. Scott is a person that does help with both parties to come to an agreement. he is a man that always has the drive. I’ve worked with the other agents before and I never see the drive that he has. This is why I would recommend Scott for anyone that’s selling a property. There’s a lot more. I can talk about but is professionalism is very humble and the communication is perfect. 🤩👌

We appreciated Scott's honesty and authentic communication as we sought to purchase a property. He was willing to answer any question at any time, and has continued to help us post-purchase as we settle into a new community.

Scott and his team were fantastic throughout the sale of our property. As a tricky property to sell, it took some time, but Scott and his team were consistent in their approach and motivation. We're happy with the end result and thankful for the support and local knowledge of the Rance team. Most importantly, Scott takes the time to listen and understand, offering down-to-earth and honest feedback during what can be quite a stressful time. Thank you Scott, Kara and team for your hard work.

We listed our home with Kara due to her connections in the Kenthurst area and her can do friendly attitude. She worked hard for use to achieve a great outcome.
