Scott has a lot of local area knowledge. He kept us informed of the progress of the sale via phone calls, texts and emails. Marketing materials were excellent quality. There was a downturn in the housing market due to interest rate increases but Scott was still able to get a good price and sold the property in a reasonable amount of time.
