Scott is a good communicator, has a kind personality and presents very well. They are the key reasons we chose him. He carries himself very well during an Auction and we are happy with the result of the Auction. Scott was firm on advertising in the Weekly Review though we didn't want to. He convinced us to go with this though we regret doing so. We are disappointed that he recommended conveyancer First Class Legal as we found they conduct their business unethically. They are currently under investigation by the industry ombudsman Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner. They took money from us against instruction. We proceeded with another of his recommendations, Bruce Arthur & Associates and are completely satisfied with their service.
