Scott was a breath of fresh air compared to the first agent who we enlisted. He took the time to understand what we wanted and always acted with our best interests at heart. Our other agent annoyed the rental tenants and just kept telling us we needed to discount the price to make the sale. He was also a VERY poor communicator. Scott was in constant communication with us as that was something that was important to me. He sold the house above the price we wanted and dealt with all the complications along the way, giving us advice when requested. I would highly recommend Scott to anyone.

The house was left in a very dirty condition and so was the yard. Ray White should see the photos I have taken of the condition of the property. I had to go to your office to collect the keys while you collected a handsome commission. You could not invite me to my first home to welcome me to my purchase. Probably your company policy - that you are too busy to hand over the keys to the new owner at the property. Just as well your office is in Ipswich and not in the Gold Coast or Toowoomba or interstate. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend Ray White.
