Day one we met with Scott and Nick at an open home. Found the right apartment and made an offer...or many I should say. But finally it was ours! Scott and Nick were both very approachable and there for us. Scott answered all our questions especially regarding our Strata concerns which we were not clear on. Scotts knowledge of this particular apartment helped immensely. We are both very happy and grateful for helping make our decision for this apartment the right one. We have also decided to use his Rental/Leasing team for this apartment. We would highly recommend Scott and his team at Balmain Realty.
