I had a rather unusual situation whereby the vendor passed away shortly after exchanging contracts. Throughout the whole process of dealing with the estate going through probate etc, Scott was 100% there for me and helping wherever he could with communication between myself and the estate. With his help, and his colleague Nick, we got it over the line! I am very grateful to the both of them.
