In dealing with a Deceased Estate we had four one bedroom properties to sell. Scott Robertson secured an exchange of Contract on all four properties within three weeks and this included a "no cooling off period". Only one property needed to go to Auction and the result was well above what was expected. Scott had a list of prospective buyers and as a result the sales were easy and stress free and in one case better than expected market value.
