I was selling an investment Scott and Christian facilitated the recent sale of my investment property in Mitchelton. Even before Scott was appointed as the agent to sell the property, Christian was great at keeping in contact with me during the period after the tenants were given notice e.g. advising me of sale prices of comparable properties, giving advice about the work that needed to be done to present the property for sale.
