It was clear Scott is the market leader in his space. Always on time, professional and very knowledgeable. When we had some concerns, his detail to overcome those was excellent. A clear expert. His associate Dee took over to manage settlement. Dee was so pleasant and helpful. They're a great team. This experience was fantastic and a huge improvement on our previous experience buying another property. We couldn't recommend Space highly enough.

Very good experience with scotty

Scott has enthusiasm and an excellent network of buyers. He delivered a superb result.

Our experience with having Scott Swinger sell our home. We are extremely pleased with such a fast result with 30plus lookers on open day then within 3 days we had 3 signed offers to view. We accepted the one we felt would succeed. Scott's methods to research the asking price then have the home set up with display furniture & decoration, together with his advertising program all work splendidly as they have before on a previous sale. He has been successful on other occasions for some of our family members. We recommend you choose Scott to sell your home. With all that Scott is constantly in touch keeping you informed and is a real gentleman in his personal discussions.

Once again Scott achieved a great result for us. His knowledge, professionalism and enthusiasm was outstanding and this enabled us to get the result we were chasing. He was always happy to help us and continues to offer great service even after the sale of our property. We would highly recommend Scott to sell your property and we won't hesitate engaging him again in the future.

We recently sold and purchased properties in City Beach. Scott has a very strong knowledge of the market and his negotiation skills were of a high standard.

“Hi Scotty. I am reasonably sure the price we got was largely due to your negotiating skill. Chrissie is delightful. Together you are a very polished team. I am glad we ran with you and I will spread the word whenever I get the opportunity. Please convey my appreciation to Chrissie.”

I would sell or buy with Scott again as we enjoyed the honesty.

Scott communicated with me after every home open and was a pleasure to deal with throughout a stressful time. Would absolutely recommend!

When it came time to sell our house we knew who to go to, Scott. Not just because our previous dealings with him were seamless & positive but who else would you go to when selling your home in City Beach. Scott has a fabulous & positive energy for his work. We find he has a straight forward approach & also has a way of making things happen - creating momentum. Read his property listings & you know this is someone who is passionate about his work & the City Beach area. Through the process of selling our home, Scott was sensitive to what worked for us and the buyer. We feel that this ability to read his clients combined with his professionalism & vast experience, led to a timely sale in what was the peak of Covid19 times. We would recommend Scott unconditionally.

The entire sale process went according to that clearly outlined by Scott at the outset, with a sale price achieved within the indicated range. Given the difficult market conditions existing at the time, we were very happy with the entire selling experience.

We have bought and sold property many times with Scott Swingler and his excellent team. Scott’s marketing combined with his thoroughly professional approach has always set him apart from other agents we have used. Scott works hard for his vendors and provides sound advice along with thorough market research. We can’t recommend Scott highly enough to anyone looking for a brilliant real estate agent.
