Excellent service. Very knowledgeable & honest. Great communication as well.

Obviously the REA works for the seller, so hard to know what's real and what's not. However, of the many, many REAs I encountered throughout the buying journey, Scott seemed to be one of the better ones.

Though a pleasant person and experienced agent, Scott is no longer in touch with current market or buyer expectations. This, combined with a weak marketing campaign resulted in a sale much less than a desirable outcome and far from the contracted expected price range, even after a protracted sales campaign. We were also left uncertain as to Scott's commitment to provide the very best outcome for the vendor, instead, emphasising the buyer, above the vendor in negotiations.

Scott has always been nice to talk to and very helpful. Nothing is a drama with him.

I can't speak more highly about Scott, he found us a buyer quickly in a market that was going off the boil and he was always helpful and available to chat if needed. Overall, I found Scott to be an easy guy to talk to and he was also very prompt with any viewings.

Scott was honest, professional and easy to deal with. Would recommend
