Scott and his assistant Amanda Hunt were amazing. We as Vendors were stressed given that we were residing now in Melbourne. Scott and Amanda handled everything from arranging display furniture to trades inspections prior to the campaign commencing. During the Auction 4 week campaign, we were given constant feedback and a weekly written pack which detailed all of our potential buyers, offers received etc. We were obviously delighted with the end result, an amazing price and record for the block as well as area & subsequent article in the Daily Telegraph Real Estate section. Scott's feedback by phone was excellent. We chose Scott to Auction our house because of the relationship we had built with him and also after dealing with him direct on a property purchase 2 years ago in Mosman. He is professional at all times, while also been candid and honest and passionate about his Vendors properties and getting the absolute best price for them. Never met an agent who is blowing leaves off the property before an open for inspection/ Auction & who buys lavender pots to further enhance the properties ambiance!
