Scott and Belynda won our business with the most complete presentation of the state of the market in our area. They advised us on what needed to be done to the property to maximise its sale potential and introduced us to the relevant people to do the work, though we used our own builder for the painting and repairs. The campaign was conducted efficiently and while we achieved only our base price, rather than anything exceptional, I believe we did as well as we could given current market conditions. Both Scott and Belynda were friendly and easy to deal with and I would recommend them.
