Scott was very easy to communicate with. Straightforward, no bullshit buying experience. Always quick to return our calls. The only critique would be that the floorplan showed some discrepancies to the actual measurements as per builders plans - likely to be a back office error - however in total it zeroed out.

Despite initial buyer falling away following the flooding rain period a quick re-marketing campaign was successful. Scott remained on top of things when buyer failed to meet settlement date which was successfully deferred for a few days. Price achieved was higher than my expectation but inline with Scott's assessment. I would use him again.
